The agreement of the following rule is needed for participation.

1. All company and persons unfamiliar to Tozai Bid must register first.
   Prior to registration, they shall fill in the application form, send
   by email or fax, and remit JPY500,000 as deposit.

   ACCOUNTEE "TOZAI BOEKI CO., LTD."

   After the deposit is confirmed, the participants shall receive the registered sheet with the registered No. by fax or e-mail.
   In order to bid, this registered No. will be required.
   （The deposit of JPY500,000 will be offset against the successful bidding amount. However, the person who fails to be a successful bidder will be refunded the deposit of JPY500,000. Therefore, the bank information is required when registered. ）
2. Participants must present their business cards at the reception.

1. Tozai Bid will transfer to all successful bidders the exhibited equipment "as is" and "where is", and will not provide any guarantees concerning the exhibits. Once winning at "auction closed " , canceling or claiming will never be permitted.
2. Payment must be executed by cash in Japanese Yen. No bill or letter of credit will be accepted. The bank's charges will be paid by the applicants.
3. If there would be several highest bidders, the successful bidder will be decided by lot. Unreadable characters on the bidding sheet might be invalid without any notice.
4. Tozai Bid will invoice the successful bidders the total amount as soon as the auction is closed. All payment must be completed within two weeks ( As for Internet auction and e-BID auction within one week ) after the closing.
5. The successful bidders may remove/export the exhibited equipment only after the payment completed.
6. The participants must be careful at the auction site. No responsibility for any accident at the auction site lies on Tozai Bid.
7. No responsibility for any mistake in the exhibited machine list lies on Tozai Bid. The participants must confirm the original exhibits.
8. The successful bidders shall remove the exhibited equipment within One Month ( As for Internet auction and e-BID auction within Three weeks ) after the closing. Or all of the successful, remained machines will be moved to the other yard in past receiving time limit. Tozai Bid will invoice the successful bidders the total charge of the inland freight and the storage fee ( 1unit JPYEN 1,000/day ).
9. The stability of this service is highly dependent on the internet, communication environment of TOZAI and user.
   TOZAI cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered due to internet communication environment problems on either the bidder's or TOZAI's part resulting in delayed reception or non acceptance of bids.
10. TOZAI reserves the right to confirm the purchase on behalf of the highest bidder if the bidder does not confirm the final bid using CONFIRM button after some time.
